1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

Modelo790.com provides a digital service for the management and payment of Form 790 on behalf of the client. The objective is to facilitate compliance with administrative obligations related to public fees through an agile, secure, and personalized process.

2. HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

The service process consists of the following stages:

1. 1. Form Upload: The client must upload the duly completed Form 790 in PDF format through the form provided on the platform.
2. 2. Service Payment: The client must upload the duly completed Form 790 in PDF format through the form provided on the platform.
3. 3. Payment Management: modelo790.com will make the payment for Form 790 at a partner banking institution, acting on behalf of the client.
4. 4. Delivery of Proof of Payment: Once the payment is made, the bank receipt for the fee will be sent to the email address provided by the client.

3. EXPRESS SERVICE (24H)

The client may select an express service, which guarantees the management of the payment and the sending of the receipt within 24 business hours, provided that the file and payment have been received during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.). This option will be subject to prior validation by the modelo790.com team.

4. CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY

• The client is solely responsible for correctly completing Form 790.
• Modelo790.com is not responsible for errors, omissions, or incorrect data contained in the form submitted by the client.
• If the payment is invalid or the form is rejected due to errors attributable to the client, the amount paid will not be refunded. However, modelo790.com will provide the client with a detailed guide so they can directly manage the request for a refund of the fee with the Administration.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Since the service involves irreversible procedures with banking institutions and the Public Administration, once the payment has been made, cancellations or refunds will not be accepted, except in the case of an error attributable to BENITAX ASESORES S.L.

6. DATA PROTECTION

The personal and tax data provided by the client will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and will be kept only for the necessary time. They will not be transferred to third parties except by legal obligation or if the provision of the service so requires (for example, to banking institutions or tax authorities).

All content, developments, texts, graphics, and designs on the website are the exclusive property of modelo790.com unless otherwise indicated. Their reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.

8. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of the service, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Dénia (Alicante), waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
